WHAT do i bring?

A change of shoes (we ask that you don’t wear your street shoes to workout in) and water is just fine! We do have water bottles for sale ($1) and a drinking fountain to fill your own.

 

WHAT kind of workouts?

Our workouts are a mix of strength and cardio. We have many formats that we work with to keep things fun and maximize your results! All of our workouts (with the exception of the bonus burn) are coach led to give you the best possible experience.

 

how long are the workouts?

You have the option to make your workout 30 or 45 minutes. After our regular 30 minute session, we hold a self-led 15 minute bonus burn that is 100% optional. If you only have 5 extra minutes, stay for 5 minutes! It’s up to you!

 

What time are the workouts?

Monday - Friday Morning: 5, 5:50, 6:40, 7:30, 8:30

Monday & Wednesday Evening: 4:20, 5:10, 6

Tuesday & Thursday Evening: 5:10, 6

Saturday: 7:20, 8:10, 9

 

Can i walk in?

You can, but we ask that you come in at least 10 minutes before the start of the next session to sign up. We require everyone to sign up and reserve a spot for their workouts so creating an account would be the first step!

 

can i still do the workouts if i have an injury?

Absolutely! All of our workouts can be altered to fit you and your current physical fitness needs.

 

age limit?

Children 14-16 can workout with a parent/guardian present. We do not offer day care, so we ask that you please leave children at home if they are not participating in a workout.
