Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter smooth
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder (or substitute vanilla protein powder plus 1 tsp. cocoa powder)

DIRECTIONS: In the order listed, add ingredients to your favorite BlenderBottle® shaker cup, close the leak-proof lid, and shake until oh-so-smooth.

WHY THIS SHAKE ROCKS: Try to find a better combo than chocolate and peanut butter. We dare you.
