Peanut Brittle Protein Shake

  • 8 oz low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix dry
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter smooth or chunky (Choose chunky peanut butter if you want to give this shake texture, like real peanut brittle.)

DIRECTIONS: In the order listed, add ingredients to your favorite BlenderBottle® shaker cup, close the leak-proof lid, and shake until oh-so-smooth.
