Sometimes you need a break from minty treats. ๐คท This shake’s got the natural, sweetness of butternut squash with the complementing spices of chai, cinnamon, and nutmeg!
๐น 1/2 cup canned butternut squash
๐น 1 svg. TLS® Shake
๐น 1 Tbsp nut butter
๐น 1 tsp. vanilla
๐น 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
๐น 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash ground clove
๐น 1/2 cup kale
๐น 10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
๐น 7-8 ice cubes
๐นBlend the ingredients together until smooth, then thicken or thin by adding more ice or almond milk
Top with cinnamon + enjoy!
