Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 serving protein powder vanilla

In the order listed, add ingredients to your favorite BlenderBottle® shaker cup, close the leak-proof lid, and shake until oh-so-smooth.
